2008 Year - Competition was held in Lucani

The `young band` trumpet competition was held in Lucani (Luchani, Лучани) on 28. VI 2008
The youth competition is made of two groups that compete separately.
1: the youth/young trumpet ban competition, for the eleventh time. Started 1997
2: the pioneer trumpet band competition, for the forth time, started 2005
There were 11 competitor orchestras; 4 pioneer and 7 young orchestras.

The rewarded are:

3.Etno art-Kostunici
4.Ork. Ivana Jovanovica-Uzice
5.Ork Branislava Ostojica-Uzice
And also Best pioneer orchestras
1.”Danijela” from Arilje
2. Orkestar Petra Milicevica from Kostojevici
3. “Drustvo srpskih domacina” from Pranjani
4. Orkestar Marka Gligorijevica from Dub

These orchestras can bee heard and seen in Guca this year. On 09. VIII 2008, at 18:30 local time. The concert, on stage in front of the cultural centre will assure you in their talent and trough it continue to bee a strength forward for Serbian trumpet culture.
